Sandwich Cookie & Cracker Distribution Systems - Conveyors & Packaging Equipment
Benchmark designs and builds turnkey automated distribution systems specifically for sandwich cookie and cracker products. Our systems handle a wide range of products, including baked goods, bars, cookies, crackers, and frozen foods. A channeling board is used to merge lanes of product and/or directs them into lanes, ensuring precise product positioning through orienting devices. A series of vibratory conveyors transfer base cakes on edge to the sandwich machine(s), with vibratory distribution systems available for sandwich cookies and crackers.
Additionally, our systems feature automatic infeeds for horizontal wrappers or cartoners, tailored to specific product specifications. They are capable of handling both backlogged and non-backlogged products. The Vibratory Distribution System provides accumulation capabilities to store product if the sandwich machine should break down, ensuring minimal disruption.
We offer custom infeeds and automatic slug loading for thin, consistent-shaped products, along with versatile tray loaders for various tray sizes, supporting high-speed operations. Key components include spreader conveyors, channeling boards, breakers, laning conveyors, vibratory accumulation, dump conveyors, row removal systems, and ergonomical stepped packing tables. Belt and chain conveyor options are available, including vibratory, inverting, and stepped packing table conveyors.
