Servo Diverger - Automatic Product Servo 2-Lane Orienting System
The servo-actuated Product Diverger can accept two lanes of product and automatically diverge them into four lanes. This is typically used upstream of a spiral freezer to present product across the full width of the freezer conveyor. A programmable controller is used to sweep every other row of product from two middle lanes into two outer lanes. Sensors are mounted upstream of the diverger to time the sweep. A fixed side guide is used on the outer lanes to ensure the product is positioned properly. Watch more videos to learn more about our product orienting devices.
