Cardsheeter for Custom Automatic Infeeds Systems to Horizontal Wrapping Equipment
Benchmark's Card Sheeters perfectly complement our packaging equipment by offering automatic placement of cut cards from roll stock for efficient operation. The Card Sheeter, which cuts card stock to the desired length at up to 500 cards per minute, accepts hand-loaded rolls of card stock from an operator and automatically cuts stock to the specified length. Cut card stock is then transferred into the flights of the horizontal wrapper and can be perforated prior to cutting for U-boards. Additionally, InFlight automatic infeeds automate product loading into horizontal wrappers or cartoners, ensuring seamless integration with the Card Sheeter. Custom automatic infeeds are available to meet specific product specifications, enhancing the overall efficiency and versatility of our systems. For backlogged or non-backlogged products, automatic cartoner infeeds provide reliable handling.
