STATHAM, Ga., November 26, 2019 – Benchmark, a leader in distribution and loading solutions to the food and bakery industries, is excited to welcome Eric Quiles, ProMach’s newest Human Resource Manager. Eric will be responsible for the full scope of employee life-cycle generalist duties at our Statham, Georgia facility.
Eric brings coaching, labor and employee relations, compliance, talent development and acquisition, workplace safety and team building experience, specifically in the industrial HVAC manufacturing, as well as the retail distribution, industries. Prior to joining Benchmark, he coordinated and managed talent acquisition processes for 600-800 exempt and non-exempt positions, learning and development programs, and recruited, hired, trained and supervised staff to create effective team members.
In his new role, Eric will develop and apply creative staffing approaches to finding new employees quickly and effectively, define and execute staffing strategy, provide consultation to division leaders and monitor division’s organizational capabilities from a business and employee development perspective.
